Divine we are at heart-- and the one and only goal of this life is to unfold and manifest that Divinity as a seed opens to reveal the flowering bud long hidden at its inmost center.
Flowers do not bloom only to yield a handful of seeds, nor are seeds germinated only to bring forth flowers. Each and every moment in the cycle of growth —seed and sprout, bud and flower— is the goal.
The seed is Life’s way of creating flowers; and flowers are Life’s way of preserving the Essence enfolded in the seed.
The ultimate meaning of Life, however, is not to be found in either seed or flower-- but rather in the moment of unfolding when new life springs forth playfully into the open light and air to embrace and enjoy the blessings of sun and rain.
What matters most is flowering-- not the name or the shape or the color of the flower. The very kinship and unity of the human species rests upon our dying to the life of the seed and our coming to flower-- enjoying the ecstatic pangs of new growth, and seeing with our very own eyes the new, vast potential that before now was only hidden away in the darkness of our tiny shell.

Life itself is death and resurrection. Our little seedlings die and resurrect into flower continuously-- and it is in this fleeting but ecstatic splendor that the true meaning and significance of Life is revealed.
Resurrection is not life after death-- it is, rather, a heightened and intensified state of living, a perpetual state of awakening that makes all that came before seem like deathly slumber. Resurrection is the spiritual rebirth of the physical body, the flowering of our own little mortal speck of stardust into a dazzling pinwheel of undying Light!
The flower comes to blossom and breathes forth its fragrance; it dances in the wind, in the sun, and in the rain. In the simple flourishing of a flower the whole of the Mystery of Life is made plain right here and now before our very eyes.
in the sun, and in the rain--
what more is needed in life?
To come to blossom,
to open widely and reveal
our true colorful splendor,
to waft our perfume wildly--
what more could be wanted?
We are the starry Seed of God grown into a flourishing flowerbed of endless variety and color --how could there be anything higher than this?

Another great post. Keep it flowing brother
Peace
