Training for Enlightenment (Osho)

I found this last night, and it made a bold impression upon me:
Whatsoever you are now, when you experience enlightenment you will have to express it in the old way, the way you were before the experience. For example, if you are a painter and you experience God, what will you do? You will paint -- of course with a new quality -- the same sunrises, the same sunsets, but with something new added to it, something inner, interior to it, some depth to it.
... When a Master painter paints, the painter disappears, only the painting remains. When the Master musician plays, the musician disappears, only the music remains. When the Master singer sings, there is only song and no singer at all. So whatsover your training is before enlightenment, that will become your expression after enlightenment.

Nice Brother, so true
Osho is the real master!
Your words penetrated in my heart!
Please keep posting such liberation words.
Something people like Thomas Merton and Charles Tart have said also shape my perspective on "enlightenment":
“When we think about enlightenment on a continuum, we can see it as a process, not just a final state.”
—Charles Tart
Yep - the writer disappears, the words remain...
Its good to see that osho is making a comeback, his words continue to inspire me.
This blog does too!
Peace.
